hola estoy intentando calibrar el sensor y cuando quiero ajustar el desfase me da el error too far y no me deja.
es una geeetech a10.
aparte de que no tengo ni idea de como hacerlo el marlin es 2.0.6.1 si que me funciona pero no logro calibralo.

Hola, supongo que estás utilizando el comando M428 para hacerlo y por eso tienes ese error.
El desfase del sensor (Z Probe Offset) se ajusta de forma sencilla mediante comandos gcode, de la siguiente forma:

1- Calentar cama y fusor a temperatura de impresión, esperando unos minutos a que se produzcan las dilataciones.
2- Poner a 0 el desfase actual con M851 Z0.
3- Hacer un home con G28.
4- Desactivar los Software Endstops con M211 S0.
5- Bajar el eje Z hasta regular con la hoja de papel.
6- Configurar el desfase con M851 Zcz, donde cz es el valor del eje Z que indica en ese momento la pantalla (debería ser negativo).
7- Guardar los cambios en la EEPROM con M500.
8- Activar los Software Endstops con M211 S1.

Para comprobar que se ha realizado correctamente, ordenamos un Home All (G28), cuando pare debería indicar en la pantalla que Z se encuentra en el valor del Z Probe Offset configurado, pero con signo positivo y si llevamos a 0 el eje Z, el papel debe pasar exactamente igual que cuando se realizó la configuración.

gracias por responder he echo lo que me as dicho desde el pronterface cuando hago el g28 el z me marca 3 y al mover el eje
para ponerlo a la medida del papel llego a 0 y no puedo bajar mas y ala boquilla aun le falta casi 1mm.y si el desfase lo hago desde
la pantalla es cuando meda el error no se si tendra algo que ver el final de carrera un dia se aflojo y lo mismo no esta a la altura correcta.
el sensor lo tengo ya hace tiempo y no hay forma de que me funcione bien cada x tiempo insisto pero no hay forma de ajustarlo.

En el título del post indicas 3D Touch, asi que no entiendo lo del final de carrera: ¿estás utilizando un sensor o un interruptor de contacto como final de carrera?
Si el sensor no está averiado y lo tienes bien conectado, no deberías tener ningún problema para hacerlo funcionar, siempre que tengas el firmware bien configurado.
Si adjuntas los ficheros que utilizas cuando intentas que te funcione, quizá pueda decirte donde tienes el problema.

Sí, me refería a los archivos de configuración de Marlin pero te indicaba que los adjuntases, no que los incluyeses en la respuesta: así el post se hace incómodo de seguir.
En fin, respecto a lo que veo en esa configuración:

#define DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE { 500, 500, 5, 25 } - Para Z y E son algo bajas, lo que limita la configuración: 10 mm/s y 70 mm/s pueden ser valores apropiados.
#define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { -37, 0, -3.6 } - no tiene mucho sentido colocar el Z Probe Offset en el firmware, pues vamos a cambiarlo: sustituye el -3.6 por 0.

acabo de imprimir un cubo y a salido perfecto menos la primera capa muy apretada con la mesa la configuracion
era altura de capa 0.2 y la primera 0.15 .
el sensor parece que haga bien el trabajo pero si quiero ajustar el desfase desde la pantalla de la maquina no me deja
sale el error too far que creo que singnifica muy lejos.
como podria ajustar bien el 3d touch. gracias

Si la primera capa sale muy apretada, sube un poco la altura de la primera capa en el laminador (ponla a 0,2 también) y/o disminuye un poco el valor absoluto del Z Probe Offset que has configurado. Es decir, ajústalo de forma que la hoja de papel roce menos.
No se puede hacer esto con la opción del menú de la pantalla para fijar los desfases, pues utiliza el comando M428 que tiene una limitación en la distancia de la posición actual al 0 o a un endstop: si se sobrepasa se genera el error "too far".

Me parece que no me explico con suficiente claridad: la opción del menú para ajustar los desfases utiliza el comando M428.
Dicho comando convierte la posición actual en el origen de los ejes XYZ (de todos ellos), siempre que todos se encuentren a una distancia menor o igual a 2 cm del origen actual o de su final de carrera.
Es decir, solo podrás utilizarlo para ajustar un desfase individual, si los otros ejes se encuentran en su punto 0 (o sino cambiarás su origen) y si dicho eje se encuentra a 2cm o menos de su origen actual o de su final de carrera.
En este caso, como supongo que estarás ajustando el Z Probe Offset en el centro de la cama, los ejes XY se encuentran a más de 2 cm de su final de carrera y el error es inevitable.
Si de todas formas quieres hacerlo así (aunque no comprendo el motivo), para evitar el error solo tienes que llevar los ejes XY a 0 y ajustar en esa posición el Z Probe Offset, aunque hacerlo en una esquina de la cama no tiene mucho sentido, teniendo en cuenta que la impresión normalmente se realizará en el centro.

ok gracias ya lo he comprendido pero hace tiempo probando el sensor no me daba el error y ahora que he vuelto a intentarlo me da el error
y como he visto en algun tutorial lo hacen desde el centro y pueden ajustar el desfase no se e hecho algo mal porque yo he movido
el final de carrera del eje z porque se aflojo y seguramente no estara igual.

Ninguna molestia, pero si estás configurando el Z Probe Offset del sensor 3DTouch, el interruptor de final de carrera mecánico no interviene para nada en este tema y deberías tenerlo desconectado, ya que tienes configurado en el firmware que el sensor está conectado en el conector Z_MIN y es este último quien controla el final de carrera del eje Z.

La conexión/desconexión es física, no lógica: uno de los dos conectores del sensor 3DTouch va conectado en el conector donde iría el interruptor original de final de carrera del eje Z.
Si conectas uno tienes que desconectar el otro y en el firmware no hay que hacer nada al respecto.
Como es lógico, si está desconectado el interruptor dá igual lo que hagas en él, pues no tendrá ningún efecto.

la ultima duda que tengo es que me a parece una opcion que pone desfase de sonda Z -2 me podrias decir para que es.

Esa opción del menú indica el Z Probe Offset que actualmente está cargado en la memoria RAM de la placa.
Si no se ha cambiado desde que se encendió la máquina, coincidirá con el que se encuentra grabado en la memoria EEPROM y que es el que hemos configurado.
Se puede utilizar esta opción para cambiarlo, pero si se quiere que el cambio permanezca cuando se reinicie la impresora, después de hacerlo hay que utilizar la opción Guardar EEPROM.
